St Mary's college magazine

After I did the InDesign training, I had to create my own magazine cover. I did't have any instructions to help me, neither did I have a cover that I could copy. I had to used what I learnt in the InDesign training to make this cover.

First I had to take a picture of another person. Then I cropped the picture so I took out the background and kept the picture that I needed. After that I put a St Mary's logo on the magazine cover, that I got from internet. Finally I chose the font and the colours that I wanted to use and typed out the text.

I have used different colours because in the research that I did of the different magazine covers, they all used different colours to make the magazine stand out and also to make it appealing to the target audience/reader. I also didn't change my font, I used the same font all the way through also because of the research that I did on the magazine covers.
